Literature Text

We start with an ordinary rock,
Vowels and consonants poke out,
Showing us the gold concealed within.

Over many hours and minutes,
We forge a graceful limerick,
An angry sonnet,
A romantic satire.
All from this gold.

And then we display them,
In the town square,
So that all may appreciate
Our Soul on Display.
This is me telling you that writers are artists to.

Skillfully, we weave words together into a tapestry of insurmountable beauty.

Written for :iconwritersareartiststoo:, because I like their style. ;D
