  6. Second and Third Prize winners get to chose between prizes #1 and #2, unless The first place winner declines #3. In which case, second may choose it. If Second declines, Third has a chance to claim it.

  7. Prizes are restricted to non yaoi/yuri content, as my mom goes through my gallery every once in a while. I hope everyone understands my reasons. My parental units grew up in a different time, and, as such, are biased. I do not mean to offend anyone, I just don't want to anger that which feeds me. D:

  8. In the event that the target number is missed, the closest pageview in the positive direction may claim the prize.
  9. The Prizes:
    1. A digital drawing from a base of their choice

    2. My best attempt at a fan art of a character of their choice- pencil/ink sketch

    3. A simple website design/template using colors of their choice

The Important Stuff:
I seem to have been uber-distracted by facebook lately. I seem to recall promising myself that I would never, ever, get a facebook account. Now I know not to trust my own promises. XD

Blargh. I had a migraine that would have split Texas in two all yesterday.

One good thing about facebook: several years ago, I had a friend who moved away. A few things happened, and, well, I lost track of her completely. I felt bad about this. I still feel bad about it. But I found her, just now, on facebook. I wonder if she still remembers me? I doubt we have much in common anymore, but just the knowledge that I found her is enough to make me feel better about myself. XD

Yeah, suffice to say that I haven't thought about any of the drawings on my to draw list... lately... at all... <smacks self>

I'm going to start working on them tomorrow, after school. 8D

In honor of Turkey Day, I'm holding a contest:

Rules:
  1. All entries must consist of hand-turkeys

  2. Our panel of judges (Me, Tykat, and whoever else wants to judge) will decide the winner.

  3. The Prize (A drawing from me is all I can really offer) goes to the turkey that is judged to be the best. The second best hand-turkey will receive a drawing from Tykat.

  4. Don't know what a hand-turkey is?
    1. Put your hand flat on a piece of paper.

    2. Trace around your hand

    3. Decorate the tracing of your hand to look like a turkey

  5. All entrants must feature one piece of art from the winner in their next journal (since I'm guessing no on will want their hand turkey on display)

  6. It would help if you sent me a link to your entry.

  7. Contest ends on November 28th, 2009 at 10 PM Pacific Standard Time
